Your first visit

Your initial appointment is about getting to know each other. We encourage you to ask questions, express your concerns, and share anything you want us to know, that way we can tailor your care from day one.

Medical history review

Please bring a list of any medications and dosages you take, including vitamins and supplements. These can influence our treatment recommendations.

Clinical examination

Your first visit includes a full-mouth series of x-rays and a comprehensive oral exam of your teeth, gums, mouth, and jaw, plus an oral cancer screening.

Insurance & Payment

Direct billing, simplified.

We offer direct billing to most insurance companies. Our team is happy to walk you through your benefits, assignment options, and accepted payment methods, just ask.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Do you direct-bill insurance?
Yes, we direct-bill most major insurance companies. Bring your benefits card or send us your provider info ahead of time and we'll handle the rest.
What are your office hours?
Monday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Thursday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Friday 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Do you accept dental emergencies?
Yes. Call us at 403-933-2225 and we will do our best to see you the same day. Same-day emergency appointments are available throughout the week.
